      Ingredients

  • 200g Paneer (cubed)

  • 2 medium potatoes (diced)

  • 2 large onions (sliced)

  • 2 tomatoes (pureed)

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • 3 tbsp mustard oil or ghee

  • Fresh coriander to garnish                                                                                                                       

    Cooking Instructions

    1. Heat mustard oil until smoky; reduce flame.

    2. Add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.

    3. Sauté sliced onions until golden brown.

    4. Toss in diced potatoes. Stir for 5 minutes.

    5. Add turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder.

    6. Pour in tomato puree. Cook till oil separates.

    7. Gently mix in paneer cubes. Add salt.

    8. Cover and cook on low heat for 10–12 minutes.

    9. Finish with garam masala and coriander leaves.

    10. Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
