200g Paneer (cubed)

2 medium potatoes (diced)

2 large onions (sliced)

2 tomatoes (pureed)

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

½ tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

3 tbsp mustard oil or ghee

Cooking Instructions

Heat mustard oil until smoky; reduce flame.

Add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.

Sauté sliced onions until golden brown.

Toss in diced potatoes. Stir for 5 minutes.
